What Is Your Return Policy?

We hope you love your OAM skincare routine, however if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on items purchased from www.oamskin.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

 

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment, less shipping costs. Gift cards and Best Sellers Trial Set cannot be returned for a refund.

 

We can only accept returns or exchanges of products purchased at oamskin.com. If you purchased OAM from another retail partner, please contact their customer service team directly for information on how to return.

 

Original shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.

 

How Do I Place A Return Or Exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Experience team at hello@oamskin.com and provide your name, order number and which product(s) you wish to return. Please allow up to two business days for a response.

 

If you return an order purchased with a promotion or special offer, you will not be eligible to receive that promotion or special offer again. 

 

How Long Does It Take To Process My Refund?

Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

 

What Should I Do If I Had An Issue With My Order, Or Received The Wrong Product?

If you received an item that was damaged or not what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of shipment delivery to qualify for an exchange of the exact product. Please take a photograph and contact our Customer Experience team hello@oamskin.com so we can help make it right.
